Connecting the Dots
A six-week group coaching experience for capable women who are tired of performing “fine” while quietly unravelling behind the scenes.
You know you are intelligent. Capable. Self-aware.
You may even be able to explain where some of your patterns came from and what tends to trigger them.
Yet, in the moments that matter, you still snap, shut down, overthink, people-please or struggle to do the very thing you know would help.
That is what these six weeks are designed to help you understand.
In a small, live group over Zoom, we will begin connecting the dots between what happens on the surface and what is actually driving it underneath.
You will meet your Itty Bitty Shitty Committee, recognise the mask you may not have realised you were wearing, and begin to see how being the capable one may have become armour.
Each week, you will leave with clearer language for what has been happening inside you, a different way of understanding yourself, and at least one of those:
“Bloody hell. I have never thought about it like that before.”
moments that change how you see yourself.
The goal is not to fix everything in six weeks.
It is to help you stop seeing yourself as the problem and start understanding the pattern beneath your reactions.
Connecting the Dots is your introduction to understanding yourself from the inside out, the first meaningful lens shift, and often the first time in a long while that things begin to make sense.
Applications are open. Spaces are limited to keep the group small, honest and personal.
Coming Back to You
A 12-week group coaching experience for women ready to move beyond insight and begin living differently in real time.
Picture yourself twelve weeks from now.
You say no without spending the rest of the day explaining, justifying or feeling guilty about it.
You catch what is happening before you snap, shut down or say yes when every part of you means no.
You feel more present in your relationships, clearer in your decisions and less as though your entire life is built around what everyone else needs from you.
That is what these twelve weeks are designed for.
You may have already completed Connecting the Dots, or you may know you are ready to begin at a deeper level. Either way, this is where understanding becomes practice.
Over twelve weeks, in a small live group, we will work with the patterns that keep pulling you away from yourself, the mask, the Itty Bitty Shitty Committee, the overthinking, the people-pleasing and the pressure of always being the one who copes.
You will practise setting boundaries you can actually hold, communicating what you mean without overexplaining, and recognising what is happening inside you early enough to begin choosing a different response.
Alongside the live sessions, you will have access to a private group space for connection and replays, plus six personal check-ins with me across the twelve weeks, so you have somewhere to bring the real-life situations where the work is actually showing up.
By the end, the goal is not for you to become a shinier, more impressive version of yourself.
It is to move from:
“I understand the pattern.”
to:
“I am beginning to live differently inside it.”
You feel calmer, clearer and more able to trust yourself, to know who you are beyond the roles you perform and what you do for everyone else.
Applications are open. Spaces are limited to keep the group small and the support personal.
Deeply Connected
Six months, fully bespoke, one-to-one with me.
This is for the woman who is ready to stop disappearing behind the capable version of herself.
You want to feel like yourself more consistently, not only when everything is calm, but in the moments that usually pull you back into overthinking, snapping, shutting down, people-pleasing or taking responsibility for everyone else.
Over six months, we work together privately through 26 weekly one-to-one calls.
There is no group pace to keep up with and no generic formula to squeeze yourself into.
This is where we put your actual life under the microscope: your relationships, your leadership, your communication, your boundaries, your patterns, your decisions and the places where you keep losing yourself.
Together, we make sense of what sits beneath your reactions so you can begin seeing yourself differently, not as difficult, weak or failing, but as someone whose patterns make sense once you understand what is driving them.
From there, we work with what is happening in real time: the conversation you keep avoiding, the boundary you struggle to hold, the relationship dynamic that keeps pulling you back in, the leadership moment that unsettles you, or the reaction you can explain logically but still cannot seem to change.
You begin to notice the shift before the snap.
The resentment before the withdrawal.
The automatic yes before you have ignored your own no.
And instead of constantly cleaning up afterwards, you become more able to respond in a way that actually reflects who you are.
Over time, the questions come more naturally. The pause comes more naturally. You become more fluent in seeing yourself, other people and the situations around you through a different lens.
That changes how you show up everywhere, in your work, your leadership, your relationships and the way you speak to yourself.
Some relationships may deepen. Some may need to change. Some may no longer fit in quite the same way.
Not because you have become harder, colder or less caring.
Because you are no longer abandoning yourself to keep everything else running smoothly.
For women who want to take the work even further, an optional four-day, in-person VIP experience is available, including two days alongside the horses.
This is where the patterns we have been exploring become visible in real time, through boundaries, presence, communication, trust, emotional honesty and the way you lead when you cannot rely on the right words.
Applications only. Six months of coaching built around your actual life, not a generic version of it.
Executive & Leadership Coaching
You are capable, experienced and good at what you do. From the outside, there may be no obvious problem.
But behind the title, something feels off.
You are carrying too much, reacting more quickly, avoiding conversations you know need to happen, or becoming frustrated that your team is not responding in the way you expect.
You may be leading the way you were taught, or the way you were once managed, and realising it no longer lands.
This is private one-to-one coaching for executives, CEOs and senior leaders who want to understand what is really driving the way they lead.
Together, we look beneath the surface of missed communication, repeated tension and stalled progress.
You will begin to understand, in plain English, what happens inside you under pressure, why certain people or situations provoke such a strong response, and how your own patterns shape the way you communicate, make decisions and influence the culture around you.
The goal is not to turn you into a polished corporate version of someone else.
It is to help you see yourself and your leadership more clearly, so you can have difficult conversations, hold stronger boundaries, make cleaner decisions and lead with greater emotional honesty and self-trust.
Not more leadership theory.
A different way of understanding what is actually happening in the room, and the part you may be playing in it.
How It Works
Engagements typically run for nine to twelve months and are shaped around the individual leader, their responsibilities and the realities of their role.
Where several leaders within an organisation are being supported, group coaching can run alongside the individual work.
In-person delivery may also be available depending on location.
And Sometimes, We Take the Conversation Outside
Some things are easier to recognise when we step away from the screen and into a completely different kind of conversation.
I offer private, one-to-one horse-assisted coaching alongside Izzy, my Canadian mare and long-time partner in this work.
Horses are extraordinarily attentive to what is happening around them. They respond to movement, pressure, intention, consistency, boundaries and the way we show up in relationship with them.
That makes working alongside Izzy a very different kind of learning experience.
There is no perfect answer to perform here. Izzy responds to how you show up, not to whether you know the “right” thing to say.
Instead, you get the opportunity to notice yourself in real time.
How clearly do you communicate?
What happens when you meet resistance?
Do you become more forceful, back away, overthink, apologise, take over or abandon what you actually wanted?
How comfortable are you holding a boundary?
How easily do you trust yourself when you cannot rely on words?
Izzy does not diagnose, interpret or judge. She simply responds to what is happening in the interaction, and that response can give us something very real to become curious about.
From there, we connect what is happening alongside her with the patterns that may also be showing up in your relationships, leadership, communication and everyday life.
This is coaching and experiential learning.
Sessions are private, ground-based and offered seasonally.
No riding. No horse experience needed.
