Izzy joined the herd in September 2012 as a young three-and-a-half-year-old mare, and taught me more than I ever expected.

She was my first mare - sensitive, reactive and clear enough that I had to earn her trust rather than assume it.

She began easing into equine-assisted work alongside our riding when I started my FEEL certification in 2013/14. By 2016, when I stopped riding her altogether, she had fully stepped into this work.

Izzy does not do fake. She is one of the clearest, most honest teachers a client will ever meet, which makes her especially powerful when someone is ready to stop skimming the surface and become curious about how they communicate, hold boundaries, respond to pressure, build trust and show up in relationship.
